Essential oils - Lavender

It's one thing to read about the benefits of using something, and another to experience said goodness.  I have tried this essential oil in a number of different situations, and it has proven, time and time, again that it's a force to be reckoned with.  To you, Lavender EO, I tip my hat off!

Uses so far: ear ache (self induced), minor burns, inflamed toe nail/skin, hemorrhoids, skin inflammation

PS:  I have tried a number of brands, but I always seem to come back to this one.  Anyone have a brand that they particularly favor? 

Herbal Boluses

Hi there,

Anyone who's well versed in making and using herbal boluses for the treatment of ovarian cysts/uterine fibroids please hit me up.  I'm interested in finding out:

• what the best herbal combinations to use would be
• how many times/week they should be used for them to be effective
• what regimen user(s) have found to be most effective
• any links to helpful resources (books/online)
